Note: The Audio, Cinch, Scaler, and SSB panels should be removed prior to removal of the system
board.
1. Remove (2) Torx screws (R) from the bottom of the small signal assembly securing it to the
cabinet base.
2. Slide the small signal assembly rearward to allow access to the front of the assembly.
3. Remove (4) T20 Torx screws (U) securing the system board bracket to the small signal assembly
bracket.
4. Release (2) clips holding the system board to the system board bracket.
5. Remove remaining cable harnesses.
Keyboard (Customer Controls) (1032)
1. Remove (2) T20 Torx screws (V) holding the Keyboard and cover to the cabinet cap.
2. Remove (2) T6 Torx screws holding the circuit board to the control bracket.
3. Release (4) plastic clips holding the circuit board to the control bracket and lift the PWB from the
bracket.
4. Disconnect connector 1201 and ground clip 1202.
Speakers (Woofer) (Item 5213)
1. Remove Lower Back Cover item 0034.
2. Remove (2) T20 Torx screws (R) to allow the small signal assembly to slide to the rear.
3. Remove (2) T20 Torx screws (N) to allow the power assembly to slide to the rear.
4. Remove (4) T20 Torx screws from the speakers and disconnect the speaker wires.
Speakers (Tweeter) (Item 5214)
1. Remove both the Lower and Upper Back Covers.
2. Remove (2) T20 Torx screws and disconnect the speaker wires.
Speaker Baffle (Item 0039)
Note: There are no adjustments that require the removal of the speaker baffle.
CAUTION: DO NOT REPOSITION THE LIGHT ENGINE TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE SPEAKER
BAFFLE TABS.
1. Remove the Lower Back Cover.
2. Carefully release the 20 plastic tabs holding the speaker baffle in place.
Screen Assembly (0030)
1. Remove the Lower and Upper Back Covers
2. Remove (4) T20 Torx screws (W) and remove the Top Cap with Customer Control Assembly.
