12.1.3.6 Earlier Design Cheetah 512 and 1024 Series
Earlier versions of the Cheetah 512 and 1024 Series switchers (see Figure 94) are equipped with
flush-mounted, upper fan assemblies (4) that are replaceable from the front interior only. All power
connections to either the upper fan assemblies and the lower, surface mounted mid-chassis fan
assemblies (2) are to power connectors affixed to the chassis backplane and are also accessed from
the front interior only.
