Replacing the Articulating Joints
1 Remove the top (2) 3/4” bolts, lock washers and seals
2 Replace the top articulating assembly
3 Re-install the seals, lock washers and 3/4” bolts
4 Apply thread locker and tighten the top (2) bolts
5 Cut wire cable and remove bottm bolt
6 Remove bottom male articulating joint
7 Install new articulating joint
8 Apply thread locker and tighten bottom bolt
9 Replace safety wire and clamp
10 Grease articulating joints
TOOLS
1 1/8” wrench
Flathead screwdriver
Replacing Caged Roller Bearings
1 Remove Tire, Rim & hub fron axle
2 With hammer, drive the outside bearing retainer into the hub forcing the inside retainer and
bearing out of the hub
3 Place new retainer on inside. Lightly tap in place
4 Put in new roller bearing
5 Install a new retainer on outside
6 Grease bearing
