Initialization errors
If your instrument generates one of the following error messages, switch off the instrument,
then switch the instrument on again. Consult your PerkinElmer Service Engineer if the
problem persists.

Program Integrity Failed The instrument’s firmware may be corrupt, so must be
reinstalled.
Instrument Configuration
Failed
Suggests that one or more internal devices is failing. If
the problem persists, note any associated error
messages and consult your PerkinElmer service
representative.
Scan Failed If the problem persists, note any associated error
messages and consult your PerkinElmer service
representative.
