Normalization

equalizes the filling level of each target well to the same

volume within a dilution series.

Select one of the normalization options:

•

Highest fluid volume

: Equalize wells to the same total volume using the

well with the highest volume level of the wellgroup.

•

Specific volume

: Equalize wells to a user-specified volume.

•

Specific % of assay volume:

Equalize well volume to the specified

percentage of the total assay volume.
