START-UP -
normally start after 5 seconds of countdown.
AMOUNT OF PROGRAMS -
3 manual programs, 12 automatic programs, 1 FAT program.
SAFETY LOCK FUNCTION
• Disconnect the security lock, „E7” shows on the screen. The treadmill stops immediately, you will hear a beep sound.
Put the safety key back, all the data will be cleared in 2 seconds.
KEY FUNCTION
Start button, Stop button
• When the power is on, press the start button, the screen displays „0.8 km/h”, and the treadmill starts. Stop key: when the
treadmill is in running state, press the stop button, all data will be cleared, and the treadmill comes into a complete stop
and returns to the manual mode.
Program key
• Press this button, from manual mode to automatic program (P1 - P12) in the standby mode can be chosen. Manual mode
is system default running mode, and the default speed is 0.8 km/h, the maximum operating speed is 16 km/h.
Mode key
• The countdown run three different mode when in standby mode, press this button can be recycled. Time countdown mode,
distance countdown mode, calorie countdown mode; speed plus or minus key to set the countdown value can be used in
select various modes, the setting is completed, press the „Start” button to start the treadmill.
Incline -
The incline can be adjusted in 15 levels with the +/- button
Speed quick key -
Speed quick key 5,8 and 12 can directly adjust the speed in running state.
Incline quick key
(this function is only for models with incline):
Incline quick key 5,8, and 12 can directly adjust the incline in running state .
The rotary knob -
Slightly press the knob to start the treadmill, and press again to stop. In running state, rotate the knob
clockwise to increase speed, and rotate the knob counterclockwise to decrease the speed.
DISPLAY FUNCTION
- Speed Display
- Display the current running speed value.
- Time Display
- Display the time of manual mode and the countdown time under automatic modes and programs.
