Note



The procedure to assemble the inlet and outlet pistons is the same.

Operation

Note



Use special tools from the 2238/05 kit to assemble the valve internal parts.

Note



Before reassembling, grease with silicone grease (cod. 8500) :



- The inlet and outlet pistons;



- The seals and spacers pack and the ring nut.

Note



The sequence of the seals and spacers is different for the valve inlet and outlet.

Reassemble the seals and spacers (

Caution



Do not forget the correct sequence of the seals and spacers pack (

). If you reassemble the

pack incorrectly, the valve will not work properly.

Using tool (

),place the seals and spacers (

) in the valve (

Using tool (

), try to match the pins of the tool in the ring nut’s holes and place the ring nut

(

) in the valve (

Using tool (

), screw the ring nut.

Match the tool (

) with the piston hole and push to slip in the piston (

Using tool (

), screw the valve cap (

Place the controller (

) on the valve (

) and using a screwdriver, screw the screw (
