For example 90 means 0.90 volts of zero or baseline

(integer value of volts /100)
For example 160 means 1.60 volts of net span

Sensor Drift out of tolerance
2  Unit is in exteded clear cycle. This happens for high
concentration of H2S or an additiona time is needed
to clear the remaining sample gas from the sampling
system.

40019 Bit map of currently active alram relays.
Bit 0: Set if alarm relay 1 is active, clear otherwise
Bit 1: Set if alarm relay 2 is active, clear otherwise
Bit 2: Set if alarm relay 3 is active, clear otherwise
Bit 3: Set if analyzer in Fault state, clear otherwise
Bit 4 thru 15 are not currently used.
