WARNING
ASSEMBLY MUST ONLY BE CARRIED OUT BY
ADULTS. TAKE CARE WHEN REMOVING THE
VEHICLE FROM ITS PACKAGING. ALL THE
SCREWS AND SMALL PARTS ARE CONTAINED IN
A BAG INSIDE THE PACKAGING.
ASSEMBLY
1 • Insert the 4 bushes in the inner parts of the
wheels, as shown in the figure.
2 • Push the 4 wheel trims onto the outsides of the
wheels.
3 • Put the 2 locking nuts in the small chassis
section. Ensure that they are facing the right way.
4 • Put a stud into the conical tool provided, as
shown in the diagram. Use a hammer to attach
the stud to the short axle.
5 • Put the 2 parts of the small chassis together.
6 • Insert the short axle that you prepared
previously.
7 • Put 1 stud in the cylindrical tool provided (see
the figure) and the conical tool on the other
side, then use a hammer to attach the stud to
the short axle.
8 • Prepare the 3 bearings by inserting a pin in each
one.
9 • Slot the 3 bearings with their pins into place, as
shown in the figure.
10 • Put the large chassis in place on top of the small
chassis.
11 • Put a screw and a small washer in the hole for
the turning joint in the chassis.
12 • Tighten the screw, keeping the nut in place.
Repeat for the other hole.
13 • Prepare the 2 long axles by putting 1 stud on
each axle using the conical tool provided.
14 • Put 1 of the 2 long axles in the hubcap side of a
wheel.
15 • Slide a large washer onto the axle.
16 • Slide the axle through the rear holes in the
chassis, as shown in the figure.
17 • Put a large washer and then a wheel on the
other side of the axle.
18 • Secure the rear wheels with a hammer, as shown
in the figure. Place the conical tool below and a
stud in the cylindrical tool above. Repeat all of
the above steps to fit the front wheels.
19 • Put the container in place. Ensure that the
sleeves on the container and those on the
chassis slot together properly.
20 • Use the 6 screws provided to secure the
container to the chassis.
21 • Press to snap fit the 4 stud caps onto the
wheels. Attach the stickers to add the finishing
touches to the trailer.
FEATURES AND USE
22 • Move the red pin at the front of the trailer to
attach it to the vehicle.
23 • To attach the transport handle to the trailer,
push it until it clicks into place (see the figure).
24 • To release it, press the pin at the end of the
handle and pull it out.
25 • The back of the trailer can be opened: lift the
side and swing it out.
