•
fl.in
: Flush in flow.
Entered as
lo/Hi.xx
. When online measurement is started, the system starts with flush in
flow. This flow is maintained for
del.
seconds.
•
hi.o2/lo.o2
: Regulation window, upper/lower O
2
limit for the required O
2
value.
Together these two O
2
values form a window (upper and lower O
2
limit) within which MAP
Check tries to keep the measured O
2
value. If the O
2
value measured is higher than
hi.o2
,
the proportional valve is opened until the O
2
value measured is below
hi.o2
.
If the O
2
value measured is lower than
lo.o2
, the proportional valve is closed until the O
2
value measured is above or equal to
lo.o2
. As long as the O
2
value measured is within the
two limit values the flow is not adjusted.
The
lo.o2
value entered cannot exceed the
hi.o2
value.
•
reg.h/reg.l
: Max./min regulation values
Entered as
lo/Hi.xx
values.
These two values allow you to fix absolute limits for upward and downward regulation of
the flow.
•
g.up/g.dn
: Flow regulation gain
The speed at which the flow rate is increased/decreased when the O
2
value measured is
outside the defined regulation window.
g.up
and
g.dn
are entered as O
2
values in the range from 0.00ppm to 99.99% O
2
, where
1ppm corresponds to a gain factor of 1. These two values have nothing to do with O
2
, but in
order to increase the value range they are entered as O
2
values, as this allows the gain
value to be entered as a factor in the range from 0.01 to 999900.0 (0.01ppm - 99.99 %)
The reason why there is an upward factor as well as a downward factor is that a fast flow
increase is typically required when the oxygen level is too high at the measuring point.
•
G.D
: The degree of differentiation
The degree with which the flow is increased/decreased when rapid changes appear in the
measured O
2
value.
G.D
is entered as O
2
values in the range from 0.00 ppm to 99.99% O
2
.
If
G.D
is set to 0 the differentiation has no effect.
