22. Reinstall the burner.

a. The burner can only be installed one way. The inside baffles will be perpendicular and

parallel to the boiler sides. See figures below.

b. Ensure the graphite burner gasket is in place before installing burner!

c. Gradually tighten the eight (8) M6 nuts using an 11mm socket or wrench in the order as

shown in the image below to a torque of 7.4 ft.-lbs

The graphite burner gasket must be installed correctly. Failure to comply could result in severe

personal injury, death, or substantial property damage.
