The need les a n d jacks
The jack positions

The jacks have three pos i t 1 o ns .
Wori(ing position:
The feet of the jacks are approx. 2,4 em away
from the lower edge of the needle bed
The jack slider automatically brings the jacks in
working position.
Rest position:
The feet of the jacks are approx . 1 , 1 em away
from the lower edge of the needle bed
The lock automatically brings the jacks from
working position into rest position and the other
way round, depending on the programmed
pattern
Out of worl(ing position:
In this pos1tion the jack feet touch the lower edge
of the needle bed If the jacks are in this pos1t1on
they can not be brought into work1ng position
automatically

The jack slider
Always use the jack slider to bring needles and
jacks into working pos
i t i o n . Like that needles and
jacks are perfectly set
Needles and jacks can be da m aged , if they are
not perfectly set.
The jack slider is put on the right side plate and
then moved over the jacks to the left
