Before using your Ceramic Hob
Read this guide, taking special note of the ‘Safety Warnings’ secon.
Remove any protecve m that may s be on your ceramic hob.
Note: you may noce a li<le smoke when you turn the hob on for the rst me. The smoke is due
to the manufacturing residues le on the hob.
Choosing the right Cookware
Do not use cookware with jagged edges or a curved base.
Make sure that the base of your pan is smooth, sits Bat against the glass, and is the same size as the
cooking zone. Always centre your pan on the cooking zone.
Always li pans o the ceramic hob – do not slide, as they may scratch the glass.
