PM1 Monitor Installation

This appendix is for use with the PM1 monitor only. It lists the basic steps
needed to install and setup the monitor, as well as details the procedures
that are different than installing the PHM monitor. If you have a PHM
monitor, refer to Chapter 2: Installing the Monitor for installation
procedures.
To install the PM1 monitor, follow the steps below:

Select a location for the monitor. See Selecting a Location on
page 2-1, for details.

Mount the monitor. See Mounting the Monitor in an Enclosure on
page 2-6, for more information.

Connect the monitor to a computer. See Connecting to a Non-display
Computer on page B -2, or Connecting to Other Computers on
page 3-2, for details.

Start up the monitor. Refer to Setting Up the Monitor on page 3-4 for
more information.

Install the touchscreen driver. See Installing the Touchscreen Driver
on page B -2, for details on installing the UPDD driver.

Calibrate the touchscreen. Refer to Calibrating the Touchscreen
Driver on page B -3, for more information.

Adjust the video image. See Step 3: Adjusting the Video Image on
page 3-5, for details.
