Application Programming Interface (API)
Description
This section describes the events available to Storyboard Designer for sending data to and
receiving data from the rest of the system.
The API definitions are divided into functional blocks, although there are a number of
DCP management events that are available across all I/O channels. Those are described
first, in the next section.
All DCP-related content is sent from the Storyboard application via events.
For many events, multiple keys are supported. When sending a multiple key event, not all
keys need to be specified, only those of interest.
For example, if sending an
nxs.set_dout
message to set DOUTs GPIO2 and P5V0, only
those two keys, along with their values, would need to be sent. Any keys not specified
would retain their current state.
