6.4 Downloading Projects
6.4.1 Downloading the Configuration and Program
After you have completed your project and it is ready to download to PAC120, proceed as follows. Please note that
the program will be translated and subsequently downloaded and saved on PAC120 if it is error-free. Only the ex-
ecutable program is saved but not the CODESYS project with the source code.

To download the project, select the Login icon on the toolbar or via the menu “Online -> Log in”.

If the computer was not connected to PAC120 afterwards, you may be prompted to select an active path. To
have the PAC automatically scan, select “Yes”. To open the Communication Settings page and select PAC120
manually, select “No”.

If there is a project already on PAC120 and you want to replace it with this application, click “Yes”.

If you are downloading the project the first time to PAC120 without a project, it may appear the following pop
up window. To download the project to PAC120, click “Yes”.
6.4.2 Downloading CODESYS Projects
To download the CODESYS project itself to PAC120, proceed as follows.

For downloading the source file, select “Download Source Code” in CODESYS.

Select “PAC120” under the Gateway as the device for the download. If PAC120 does not show up under the
Gateway, select “Scan network” to locate PAC120. Select “OK” to download the project.
