There is no cleanroom

for motion control products, just individual compatibility with class of clean-

rooms. The compatibility is also dependent on measurement location. A point directly below a component

may have a different particle count than at a side location. Cleanroom class compatibility information for

404XE tables with cleanroom preparation (R12 & R14 option) is not available at the time of publication of this

product manual. Consult factory for details and cleanroom class compatibility expectations for specific appli-

cations.
