DANGER for children
- Batteries can be life-threatening if swallowed. Therefore, keep the battery and alarm clock out of
the reach of small children. If a battery has been swallowed, seek medical help immediately.
- Keep children away from packaging materials. There is a risk of choking, among other things!
DANGER from injury
- Batteries must not be charged or reactivated by other means, taken apart, thrown into fire or
short-circuited.
CAUTION - Property damage
- Do not expose the alarm clock to strong temperature fluctuations, humidity, direct sunlight, dust or
shocks.
- Remove the batteries when they are exhausted or when you are not using the alarm clock for a
long time. This will prevent damage caused by leakage.
- When inserting the batteries, pay attention to the correct polarity (+/-). An incorrectly inserted
battery could damage the unit.
- Do not use abrasive or solvent-based cleaning agents to clean the alarm clock.

Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste.
The consumer is legally obliged to dispose of batteries in accordance with use, e.g. in the public
sector. collection points or where such batteries are sold.
Batteries containing harmful substances are marked with the symbol "crossed out garbage can" and
one of the chemical symbols Cd (= battery contains cadmium), Hg (= battery contains mercury) or Pb
(= battery contains lead).
