Warranty Claim Submission
The ORIGINAL PURCHASER must submit to PGI a warranty claim within five (5) business days of date such
claim is or should have been discovered, or else such claim is forever waived and barred.
To submit a warranty claim, the ORIGINAL PURCHASER must submit a written description and photographs
detailing the burner unit’s damage or defect(s), along with a complete copy of the Final Sales Agreement
either:
(i) via email to Warranty.Claim@paradisegrills.com; or
(ii) via U.S. mail to Paradise Grills International, Inc., Attn: Warranty Claim, 640 Ocoee Business
Parkway, Suite 80, Ocoee, Florida 34761
