The network tab allows the Device Name and Network settings to be changed. The Device Name
displays the Device Name assigned to the unit. The factory default Device Name is “Panduit UPS”. The
Device Name may be changed by the user. Clicking on the Device name “CHANGE” button allows the
user to change the default Device Name. A pop-up window (shown below) queries the user to enter a
new Device Name. Click in the text box and an “X” will appear at the end of the text box. Clicking the “x”
will clear the current Device Name from the text box. Type the new Device Name in the text box. Click
the “SAVE” button to change the Device Name for this unit. Click the “CANCEL” button to cancel this
change and go back to the current Device Name.

The Network Settings displays the current network setting on the unit. The factory default Network
Setting is “DHCP”. The device’s Network Setting may be changed to “Static”.
