5.6.11.3.
SNMPv1 and SNMPv2C
Clicking on the SNMP v1/v2C “EDIT” button will pop-up a window to add and remove community names
with permissions. Enter a Community Name then set the read/write/trap access appropriately. If more
than one user is needed, click the “ADD” button. If users need to be removed, click the “REMOVE”
button next the user being removed. See the image below for an example creating a public and private
community string for the UPS.
Click the “SAVE” button to update the SNMP community names and
permissions. Click the “CANCEL” button to cancel the updates.

SNMPv3
Clicking on the SNMP v3 “EDIT” button will pop-up a window to add and remove user names with
permissions, authorizations, and passwords.
Click the “SAVE” button to update the SNMP user names,
permissions, authorizations, and passwords
. Click the “CANCEL” button to cancel the updates.
