The HDD Utility can control the spooled print jobs in the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) or maintain the HDD
from your computer.
If you print or delete a job with the HDD Utility, you must select the spooled job type: Check and Print,
Memory Print, Confidential Print.
The HDD Utility has the following functions.
• Displaying printers which HDD Utility can control.
• Displaying information of the spooled job in the printer’s hard disk drive

• Printing the Check and Print, Memory Print, and Confidential Print Lists
( see “Printing a List of Spooled Documents” on page 216 ).
• Printing the Check and Print job spooled in the printer’s hard disk drive

• Printing the Memory Print job spooled in the printer’s hard disk drive

• Printing the Confidential Print job spooled in the printer’s hard disk drive

• Deleting spooled job(s) in the printer’s hard disk drive

System Environment
The following environments are required to use the HDD Utility.
- The printer must be connected to the computer across the network.
- A hard disk drive must be installed in the printer.
NOTE:
• Confidential Print feature is not available for DP-CL21M PS (PostScript) printer driver.
