Setting the PCL Printer Driver

Server can assign and display the media loaded in the printer. Client can view the media assignment.

(tab in Windows 2000)

Tray Assignment

Assigns the media size to the paper source.
If

Hold mismatched documents

check box is checked in the

Scheduling

tab (Windows NT 4.0)

Advanced

tab (Windows 2000 / Windows XP), the job would be stopped when you print a

document on the different size media with the Tray Assignment.

Paper Size

Selects a media size for the selected tray.
