Timer indicator (TIMER)
Lights when the schedule recording is set, and blinks
while the schedule recording is being performed.

Recording indicator (REC)
Lights when recording is being performed. The indica-
tor will go off when the recording stops.

Link indicator (LINK/ACT)
Lights green when the communication between a cam-
era/PC and the unit is established.
Blinks green when receiving data from a camera/PC.

Operate indicator (OPERATE)
Lights when the power is turned on.

Alarm indicator (ALARM)
Blinks when an alarm occurs, and lights when the alarm
output stops. The blinking or lighting indicator will go off
when the alarm is reset.
Refer to the operating instructions (PDF) about the
alarm.

Buzzer stop button (BUZZER STOP)
Press this button to stop the buzzer that started sound-
ing at an alarm/error occurrence.
Refer to the operating instructions (PDF) about the
alarm/error.

Alarm suspension indicator (ALARM SUSPEND)
Lights when the alarm suspension mode is selected.
Refer to the operating instructions (PDF) about the
alarm suspension mode.

HDD access indicators (HDD1/HDD2)
Indicates the statuses of the hard disks.
Blinks green when the hard disk is accessed respec-
tively.
When the hard disk has an error, the respective indica-
tor will light red.
Important:
When the indicator lights red, replace the respective
hard disk immediately. If the both indicators light red
when operating the unit in the mirroring mode, it may be
impossible to recover data on the hard disks.
Consult your dealer for HDD replacement/purchase.
