Resuming the previous playback

If playback was stopped halfway through a motion picture, it can be resumed 
from the point where it was stopped.

[ON]

An “R” appears in the thumbnail of the scene that was stopped halfway 
through.
The memory of the resume position is erased by rotating the mode dial or 
performing other operations. (Menu settings do not change.)
When an SD card is write-protected, [RESUME PLAY] is automatically set to 
[OFF].

This unit complies with the unified standard DCF (Design rule for Camera File system) 
established by JEITA (Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association) 
and can play back JPEG pictures. (Some JPEG pictures cannot be played back.)
Some still pictures recorded on other devices may not play back correctly. Similarly, 
still pictures recorded on this unit may not play back correctly on other devices.
Thumbnails in which [ ] appears cannot be played back.
Time may be required to play back some still pictures depending on the number of recorded pixels.
If the unit is running on battery power, [ECONOMY] (P.86) is set to 
[5 MINUTES] and play pause is continued for 5 minutes, the unit turns off.
The unit does not turn off when the LCD monitor is closed.
Do not rotate the mode dial during slideshows.

Do not remove the SD card while it is being accessed (card access lamp 
lit).
