All connections are made (pg. 8, 10, 22).
TV and VCR plugged in and turned on.
VCR/TV selector set to “VCR.”
Clock set correctly.
Tape has rec. tab (pg. 4).
Remote is in VCR mode. (Press VCR)

button again to exit.

repeat step 3.

• If a power interruption occurs
while programming the timer, the
timer program(s) may be cancelled.
If “TIMER PROGRAMS WERE LOST
DUE TO POWER INTERRUPTION”
appears on-screen, please reenter
the timer programs.
• If you are using a Cable Box, VCR
Timer Programming
Channel(Step 3) must be set to
the Cable Box output channel
AND your Cable Box must be
manually set to the desired
channel. The Cable Box power
left on.
