Spicy Potatoes
Serves 4
Dish: 1 litre (2 pt) dish
Oven Accessory: glass turntable
1. Place potatoes in dish with 45ml (3tbsp) water. Cover, place on
glass turntable and cook on
AUTO POTATOES BOILED
PROGRAM or HIGH MICROWAVE
for 8 mins. or until cooked.
Drain
2. Mix the remaining ingredients together. Add the potatoes, mix well
and cook on
MEDIUM MICROWAVE
for 2-3 mins.
Ingredients
350g (12oz) potatoes,
cubed
45 ml (3tbsp) natural
yoghurt
10 ml (2tsp) mango chutney
3 ml (½tsp) cumin, coriander
and
garam masala
3 ml (½tsp) tumeric
10 ml (2tsp) fresh coriander
pinch chilli powder
15g (½oz) sultanas
salt and pepper

1. Place oil and onion in a bowl. Place on glass turntable and cook on
HIGH MICROWAVE
for 2 mins.
2. Add remaining ingredients, stir and then cook on
LOW
MICROWAV
E for 15 mins. Serve on toast or with a jacket potato.
