Directory
You can store up to 50 names and phone numbers in the base unit or the cordless
handset directory. All directory items are sorted by the first word in alphabetical
order. You can make a call by selecting a name on the display. You can also copy
your directory items to another extension (p. 38, 39).
Storing Names and Numbers
You can store names and phone numbers in the base unit and the cordless handset
directories separately.
• If a pause is required for dialing, press
[REDIAL/PAUSE]
on the base unit or
[PAUSE/REDIAL]
on the cordless handset, in step 4. A pause stored in a phone
number counts as one digit (p. 52).
