Number of accumulated points
The number of measurement data for accumulation can be set.
The target data accumulated here is the displacement shape waveform of each
head, and the following data.

The calculation measurement value of OUT1~3, calculation results of
OUT-OUT calculation 1 and 2, each judgment result, and the total judg-
ment results of these data

Calculation measurement values of measurement positions 1 -5 set in the
shape judgment, each judgment result and the shape judgment results of
these data
The number of measurement data to be accumulated is specified from 1 to the
maximum number of accumulated data points.
The maximum number of accumulated data points varies depending on the
measurement mode of each head, specified range, etc.
Example 1) Whole synchronized measurement (X: All range)
Maximum number of accumulated data points = 1,000 data
Example 2) Multi-select displacement sensing (10 points)
Maximum number of accumulated data points = 41,957 data
Example 3) Multi-select displacement sensing (2 points)
Maximum number of accumulated data points = 86,400 data
If the "number of accumulated data point" range for the "buffering type"
and the "trigger point" or
“sample trigger accumulation amount”
for the
"number of accumulated data point" are not correct, storage cannot be
started.
When the storage count is large, it may take a few dozen seconds to acquire
the data.
However, this varies depending on the PC operating environment.
Example)
When multi-zone beam control measurement mode, X = ±6.25 mm, Z = ±10
[mm], Number of accumulated data points. = 1,000

Approx. 10 seconds
When multi-select displacement sensing mode, 2-point specification, Number
of accumulated data points = 86,400

Approx. 40 seconds
