Operation timing of the trigger signal and strobe output
The strobe output turns ON when the measurement is performed with the trigger signal, and
the judgment output is fixed and output. The strobe output turns OFF at the time the
calculation process of the next measurement is started. (Except for multi-select displacement
sensing mode)

*1: The trigger signal is automatically generated internally in the internal synchronization,
and in the case external synchronization, it will become the external trigger input signal.

Strobe output in multi-select displacement sensing mode
When the judgment output is unfixed, the status becomes strobe output = OFF, and turns
ON when it becomes valid data.
Since the measurement cycle is performed at high speed in the multi-select displacement
sensing mode, the strobe output turns OFF only when unfixed.
