Chapter 4 Description of Functions

Slope correct.

This function is used when correcting the slope of the measured displacement

shape waveform.

Two methods can be selected; method to enter the fixed s lope angle and the

method to make correction with two specified angles. Two methods can be

selected for the timing to execute the slope correction, such as "external input

(reset input)" and "perform at every measurement".

When correcting the slope angle between two points, the slope is calculated

from the shape waveform at the time the slope correction is executed, to co r-

rect the measurement value.

Specify the range between two points (or positions) in the "Each mode" set-

ting tab.
