Measurement value extraction

The processing method to extract the displacement from the detection wave-

form can be selected.

Extraction method

Description

Normal extraction

(default value)

Default setting. Use this setting basically.

Weak detected light

intensity support

Facilitates detection of displacement from weak detec t-
ed light intensity or thin peak. It reduces the alarm
points for insufficient light intensity.

Base light intensity

control

This is used when the base level of the detected light
intensity waveform is increased due to disturbance light.
Select the displacement by cutting the base level.

Translucent body

correction

When the surface of a plastic board is measured, errors
of the displacement measurement value can be correct-
ed.

Common step cor-

rection

When the beam overlaps at the common area, the meas-
urement value can be stabilized.

Near side priority

When the beam image is doubled, priority is given on
the near side to select the displacement.

Far side priority

When the beam image is doubled, priority is given on
the far side to select the displacement.

Near side priority

and Weak detected

light intensity sup-

port

When the near side priority is implemented, the dis-
placement can be easily selected for weak beam level at
the near point or thin peak.
