External antenna
Wireless WAN external antenna and feeder cable shall be chosen so that the overall gain is 1.4 dBi or less
at the 698 - 960 MHz frequency range and is 4.1 dBi or less at the 1710 - 2700 MHz frequency range. Use
of wireless WAN external antenna and feeder cable with a higher overall gain can lead to the device being
non-compliant with European standards and the Radio Equipment Directive.
Users must maintain a minimum of 20 cm spacing between the external antenna and all people (excluding
extremities) during wireless modes of operation.
For Australia, New Zealand models
