User Level
Each user name has access to a specific user level allowing access to specific menus
according to Table 13 below.

It is recommended to change the default passwords and to add a number of new user
names and passwords. However, these access codes can be changed by typing over the
previous password and reassigning the EBL and/or Web check boxes with the appropriate
access level in the Type field.
