Set the maximum and minimum number of digits that can be dialed by the end-user
during intercom dial tone. This applies to both Dial Plans A and B.
FF1 2 01 (0001-0024) Hold (1-4) Hold
0001=Maximum length of dialed-digit strings beginning with “1”
(see table below for defaults)
