Trunk Queuing: Dial a trunk access code to seize a trunk. If you hear busy tone instead, dial the Trunk
Queuing code and hang up. Your phone will issue an alert tone when the trunk becomes available. Pick
up the handset to accept it (you’ll hear CO dial tone in the receiver).
If the ARS/LCR Setting for the system is disabled, Trunk Queuing for MCO-1 is available.
