Installation
Step 3 User Fingerprint Enrollment

Click (Start) - [All Programs] - [Protector Suite] - [Control
Center].

Click [start] - [All Programs] - [Protector Suite] - [Control
Center].

Carefully read the License Agreement, and then click [Accept].

Select an enrollment mode, and click [Apply].

Enrollment mode
Fingerprint data is saved in either of two methods. A device to save
fi
ngerprint
data cannot be changed unless Fingerprint Utility is reinstalled.
• Enrollment to the biometric device
All enrolled
fi
ngerprints are stored directly to the sensor. The user data will
be secured by the hardware protection keys obtained by the
fi
ngerprint
sensor. There is a limit to the number of
fi
ngerprints that can be enrolled.
The numbers of
fi
ngers to register for the
fi
ngerprint sensor may vary
depending on the characteristics of
fi
ngers.
NOTE
• Enrollment to the hard disk
All enrolled
fi
ngerprints are stored on the hard disk. There are no limits for
the numbers of
fi
ngers to register, although there is a limit for the numbers
of those for Power-on security.
