3.6 SAFETY DEVICES
The control board system has advanced protection on the power output dedicated to the motors. A logic circuit
protects the board through the functions of:
1. Short circuit
2. Current limitation
3. I²t
4. Reverse polarity
5. Under and overvoltage
3.6 DIAGNOSTIC: ERROR CODES AND EXPLANATIONS
The table below provides useful information for identifying and treating any errors reported by the device.
The diagnostic LED on both drives signals the detected error by executing a number of flashes corresponding to
the error code. Only the diagnostic LED of the drive affected by the error will light up.
All errors are shown on the display along with a brief description and the drive involved. If the error affects the
brushes drive, the error message will show the words "Brushes". If, on the other hand, the error affects the
vacuum drive, the error message will show the words "Aspirator". Below is the table of errors and which drives
they refer to:

40 1 Motor shutdown
The system has stopped the motor to protect
the drive due to an excessive peak of current.
To reset, restart the machine.
41 2 Motor I 2 T
The system has stopped the motor to protect it
due to excessive continuous current. To reset,
restart the machine taking care of letting the
motor cool down.
42 3 Current limit
The current absorbed by the motor is higher
than the threshold value. To reset, restart the
machine.
43 4 Time of current above limit
The current absorbed by the motor was higher
than the limitation one for a longer time than
allowed. To reset, restart the machine.
44 5 Disconnected motor
The motor is disconnected. To reset, check the
connection and restart the machine.
20 7 Low battery
The system has stopped the motor due to
insufficient battery voltage. To reset, restart the
machine after recharging the battery.
21 8 Low peak battery error
The system has detected that the battery value
is lower than that set in the
(BATTERY_MIN_PICCO) parameter for a
number of consecutive times defined by the
NUM_PICCO_MIN parameter. To reset, restart
the machine after checking the battery.

The system has detected that the battery value
is beyond the set value.
To reset, restart the machine after checking the
battery.
