MANUFACTURED (MOBILE) HOME

Caution:  Consult local code for installation approvals before
proceeding.

In some jurisdictions, the Mirage DV stove may be installed in an
aftermarket (after the "first sale") permanently located, manufactured
(mobile) home, where not prohibited by local codes.
A manufactured home (mobile home) installation must conform with
the Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standard, Title 24
CFR, Part 3280, or, when such a standard is not applicable, the
Standard for Manufactured Home Installation, ANSI A225.1, or
Standard for Gas Equipped Recreational Vehicles and Mobile Hous-
ing, CSA Z240.4.

This appliance is only for use with the type of gas indicated on the
rating plate.  This appliance is not convertible for use with other gases,
unless a certified burner kit is used.  The appliance must be fastened
in place.  Attach stove to flooring using two 1/4" x 2" or longer lag
screws.  Consult local codes for approval.

INSTALLATION PRECAUTIONS

The Mirage Gas Appliance installation and venting must con-
form to the current CAN/CGA-B149 installation code (in Canada)
or the current National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1 (in the USA),
and approved per local codes. Only qualified (licensed or trained)
personnel should install this product.

The Mirage DV may be converted to a Vented Room Heater with
the optional "B-Vent  Adapter".  Refer to the installation instruc-
tions that are supplied with the kit for proper venting require-
ments.  Only qualified (licensed or trained) personnel should
install this product.

VENT SYSTEM

Before starting installation of vent kits, the installer should read these
instructions to ensure that the proper vent system has been selected
for the installation.
Vent systems approved for use with the Mirage Direct Vent are shown
in Figure 7. Approved vent systems components are labelled for
identification. 

NO OTHER VENTING SYSTEMS OR COMPONENTS

MAY BE USED.

Connections between each vent system component must be tightly
joined and sealed, and secured with sheetmetal screws at each joint.

Consult your local Building Codes before beginning the installation.
