To ensure that it is not an issue of weak
service signals, position your
laptop/desktop near to the router.

Try changing the WiFi Channel to a
different channel as it may be due to WiFi
Interference.

Do a ping and speed test check via wired
to the router to determine if it is a WiMAX
network congestion issue.
