How to disassemble the equipment:
1.
Switch off the equipment and unplug the cable.
2.
Open the pressure hose by turning on the tap or nozzle and allow the water to drain
completely.
3.
Empty the pump and pressure tank completely.
4.
Remove the suction and pressure hoses from the equipment.
5.
Store the equipment in a frost-proof location (min. 5
o
C)
Troubleshooting
Problem
Cause
Solution
Pump is not
pumping.
Lack of power.
Check that there is power in the
switch and the plug is fitted correctly.
Pump is blocked.
Unplug and try to turn the motor
manually.
Pump runs but
does not issue
water – pressure
too low.
Pump is not filled with water. Fill pump with water.
Sucks false air into the
suction connection.
Check all joints and bottom valve.
Height of water level.
Suction height too high.
Observe max. suction height of 8
metres.
Filter is blocked or dirty.
Clean or replace.
Check valve is blocked.
Clean or replace.
Leakage between motor and
pump, shaft seal not tight.
Contact dealer.
Pump is blocked or broken.
Clean pump with clean water and
remove cause of blockage.
Air in pump or suction hose.
Fill pump housing with water.
For suction hose with check valve, fill
the suction hose with water.
Pressure switch is not
adjusted correctly.
Contact dealer.
Suction hose is stuck to
ground.
Shorten or fasten suction hose.
Use filter screen with check valve.
Pump cannot be
switched off.
Switch-off pressure is set too
high.
Contact dealer.
Pressure side unsealed.
Pump is
interrupted by fuse
or HFI relay.
Pump/motor is blocked.
Remove the blockage.
Pumps with hot water.
Remove the cause.
Pump has been running
without water.
Wait to cool down.
If the fault cannot be rectified, contact the dealer.
