Consumables Replacement

Toner Cartridge

Rotate the toner cartridge counterclockwise by 180°, position the toner cartridge slit

against the developing unit pin, and take out the cartridge. Put it into a vinyl bag
and dispose of it as a nonflammable item.

Fig. 4-2.1a

Take out a new cartridge from its vinyl bag. While holding it in a horizontal position,
gently shake it 3 or 4 times to evenly distribute the toner.
