Incorrect temperature or

You may have to adjust the time and
temperature to desired taste.
Because your countertop oven is
smaller than your regular oven, it will
heat up faster and generally cook in
shorter periods of time.
Rack placement

Page English-5. Rack may need to be
adjusted to accommodate food type.
Burnt Smell
First Use
It is recommended to heat
countertop oven to 450º for
approximately 15 minutes to
eliminate any manufacturing residue
that may remain after shipping.
Food build-up inside oven,
on heating elements or in
crumb tray.

½ teaspoon dried rosemary
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 lb russet potatoes, cut into quarters
Kosher salt and ground pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters. Rinse well to remove starch. Pat dry. In
a large bowl, mix the potato quarters with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Place the potatoes onto the air fry basket and cook on air fry for 25-30 mins at
400°F, or until potatoes are crisp and golden, tossing halfway through cook time.

20 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup shredded coconut, dried, sweetened
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 cup flour, all-purpose white
Kosher salt and ground pepper, to taste
In a large bowl, mix shredded coconut and panko. Season to taste with salt and
pepper. Place flour and eggs in 2 separate bowls. Dredge the shrimp in flour and
then egg. Coat the shrimp thoroughly with the coconut mixture. Lay shrimp out
evenly on air fry basket and drizzle olive oil on top. Cook on air fry for 8-10
minutes at 350°F, or until shrimp is cooked through.
