12. Platform Gate

–

Keep gate and surrounding area clean and

unobstructed. Verify the gate closes properly and is not bent

or damaged. Keep gate closed at all times except when

entering/exiting the platform and loading/unloading mate

rials.

13. Lanyard Attach Points

–

During operation, occupants in the

platform must wear a full body harness with a lanyard

attached to an authorized lanyard anchorage point. Attach

only one (1) lanyard per lanyard anchorage point.
