DIAGNOSTICS
The diagnostic mode allows you to perform
specific tests for troubleshooting or auditing.
Access to this mode is made by the special
menu calibration / diagnostics. Press a button
during power up until the menu appears
"EXIT CAL DIAG”
. Press the
L/C/R
(DIAG choice).
You can now select a particular mode among the four possible ones.
Press the button under "OK" to activate the
diagnostic mode keyboard. Press EXIT to
return under the main menu.
Press the button under "OK" to activate the
test mode the buzzer. Press EXIT to return
under the main menu.
Press the button under "OK" to activate the
test complex values current / voltage. Press
EXIT to return under the main menu.
Press the button under "OK" to activate the
test values of A / D converter Press EXIT to
return under the main menu.
Keyboard test
This test is useful when you encounter a problem with the keyboard. Note that a problem may
prevent keyboard to enter this mode. It is in this case needed to troubleshoot "by hand" the
keyboard circuits. You may refer to the table given later to check the voltage. Each key
corresponds to a particular voltage that is read by a 10-bit analog-digital converter. The
instrument displays the value read by the instrument (0 to 1023) and the position of the key.
The output of the keyboard test mode occurs when all keys have been tested.
