When you unpack your digital camera, make sure to keep all the packing
materials in a safe place, in case you need to later return it for servicing.

INSTALLING THE BATTERY
Yo u r c a m e r a c o m e s w i t h a
rechargeable lithium battery. To
prevent damage, correctly insert
the battery as shown.
Once the battery is inserted into the
camera, plug one end of the AC
adaptor's into the wall power outlet
and the other end directly into the
c a m e r a ' s D C i n p u t t o b e g i n
charging the battery. Battery
charging time is approx. 2.5 hours.
TIP:
To maximize the performance of your camera and for greater
battery life, control the use of the flash, photo review, and LCD
brightness levels.
NOTE:
When the battery is charging, the bottom LED turns red.
