Shelf Manager

Each T5100 application shelf has two shelf managers for redundancy. The shelf manager controls and
monitors compute blades and other hardware components within the shelf. The shelf manager interfaces
with the power distribution and shelf alarm display. Shelf managers are deployed in redundant pairs.
There are no customer-external interfaces to the shelf manager.
