About Switch Zone for HBA Set Up (SAN Only)

If appropriate, follow the instructions from your switch vendor to set up zones to:

● Permit host HBA ports to access the Slammer ports.

● Segregate network servers with different operating systems.

● Segregate network servers with different security requirements.

Note: The 8 Gb/s Fiber Channel (FC) HBA has its own unique World Wide

Name (WWN). This WWN must be used to update any FC switch configuration

data.
