Limit TOP Top movement limit.
Limit BOT Bottom movement limit.
Temp Low Current heater temperature is below set temperature.
Temp Hi Current heater temperature is above set temperature.
Ready Current heater temperature corresponds to set
temperature. The device is ready for operation.
Over temp Device is overheated (beeps: ).
Heater Off Heater turned off.
DEVICE STATUS MESSAGES
Gilded letters are blurred,
dye bleeds beyond letter
outline. - Temperature too high.
- Stamping time too long.
- Excessive pressure.
- Foil not appropriate for the
stamped material.
- Decrease temperature setting.
- Shorten stamping time.
- Set proper stamping force
(power).
- Use proper foil.
After gilding the cover has
traces from the foil. - Stamping depth too high in
relation to the height of
working parts of the matrix. - Decrease the stamping force
(power) or replace the matrix
with one that has higher
working parts.
