Safety check
Check the milling-machine at least once per shift. Inform the person responsible immediately of
any damage, defect or change in operating function.
Check all safety devices
at the beginning of each shift (with the machine stopped),
once a week (with the machine in operation),
after every maintenance and repair work.
Check that prohibition, warning and information signs and the labels on the milling-machine
are legible (clean them, if necessary),
are complete.

Spindle protection
The drive can only be switched on when the spindle protection is
in the operating position.
emergency-stop switch
When the emergency-stop button is activated, the milling-machine
should switch off. Make sure that it is only possible to restart the
machine if the EMERGENCY STOP push button is unlocked.
Drives
The spindle drives for horizontal milling and vertical milling can not run
simultaneously.
